（一）培养目标/Objectives

This major meets the needs of the national preschool education reform and development and the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port teacher team. It is based in Hainan and radiates at home and abroad. It cultivates students with firm ideals and beliefs, noble teacher ethics, and deep educational sentiments. They have good humanities and scientific literacy, solid professional knowledge, strong childcare and teaching practice ability and comprehensive education ability, international vision and international communication ability, and are familiar with international rules and development trends of related industries at home and abroad. They have strong innovation ability, research reflection ability and sustainable development ability, and can be competent in childcare, management and research work in preschool children's social service institutions. They are high-quality talents with international competitiveness, strong adaptability, development and professionalism.

The specific objectives are as follows:

(1) They can consciously practice the core socialist values, implement the education policies of the Party and the State, adhere to the moral education, legal teaching, and excellent teacher style and ethics; love children and preschool education, respect children's personality and rights, be loving, responsible, patient and careful, and be the enlightener and guide for the healthy growth of children.

(2) Be proficient in systematic childcare and education theory knowledge, be able to objectively and comprehensively observe, analyze and evaluate children's learning and development, reasonably organize children's daily life, and be able to support and guide children's game activities; combine childcare and education, and support each child to develop at the existing level.
